CANCELLATION POLICY

DEPOSIT $25 non-refundable deposit required to book an appointment. If appointment is cancelled, it is non-transferrable to a new appointment. LATE FEE A 15 minute grace period is permitted. At 20 minutes late your appointment is rescheduled. Original deposit will be forfeited and new deposit will be required for new appointment. CANCELLATION Acomodations can be made through your confirmation notice sent to the email on file. Appointment may be cancelled at least 48 hours prior to scheduled appointment. Deposit will be forfeited and 50% cancellation fee will apply if changes are made without proper notice. RESCHEDULE Acomadations can be made through your confirmation notice sent to the email on file. You can reschedule once within the same month. Appointment may be rescheduled at least 48 hours prior to scheduled appointment. Deposit will be forfeited and 50% cancellation fee will apply if changes are made without proper notice. NO SHOW 99% cancellation fee and ban from future booking will apply. A call and message attempt will be made before making decision. A no show client is described as someone who has passed the grace period by 5 minutes or more and is unresponsive to follow up call/message.
